This is one big busy office. But everything ticks along and although you usually have to wait for 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment, the quality and care of my physician, Dr Kato, made up for it.I have been having a lot of issues with dry eye. The first medication didn't work, so Dr Kato suggested other medication and put silicon plugs in my tear ducts to attempt to create more tears in the eye. He explained everything to me and we even had a laugh during the procedure.I feel that I can trust Dr Kato implicitly to provide me with the highest quality of care and that is saying something in this post-COVID world. Highly recommend.

The staff was knowledgable, courteous, and professional. And Dr. Bui was attentive and spotted things I did not even know affected my eyes. I would recommend eye associates to anyone.

I am grateful for the efficiency of the Eye Associates operation. It was minimal time between check-in and starting the eye examination process and seeing Dr. Ford. Kudos for great service too!
