Professional, takes my concerns seriously. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Trafton takes the time to explain and offers ideas/solutions/thoughts. Well-educated. Rob Osborn in the Optical Department is very kind and knowledgeable and helpful. I've been a patient with them for many years and recommend Eye Associates to others needing such care and providers.

Only complaint was that it was too crowded, standing room only in waiting area. Desk employees were courteous. Sign in waiting area stated "if your wait has been over 20 minutes, contact the desk". I was called at exactly 20 minutes. Jason, the examiner, was super. Of course it is difficult to express how good Dr Kato is in all facets of his exam. He is absolutely the best

I just love Dr. Kato. He is friendly and most of all honest. I feel that he truly cares about you and your treatment. I recommend them.
