People in the front office desks are really nice and helpful. I had a LASIK procedure here in Aug 2019 with doctor Louie Deanna and she is so good and explained the i-lasik and take care of all my post ops. Great Thanks.
I was amazed at the professionalism and efficiency of the surgery center during my recent eye surgery. The nurses were kind and attentive and answered all my questions. I was taken to surgery in a very short time which is great when you can't eat or drink prior to surgery. I was given clear directions for post surgery care. Dr. Weaver did an excellent job and I felt very confidant in the care and procedure. Patricia Compton
I stay so busy I generally don't take time to write reviews but the service here is so great i felt like i should do one.The building is spotless and well organized. The appt system works great with the right balance between automation and personal input..As with any business early appts are best.Things get backed up in the afternoon deal with it.Their very good at handling the volume of patients they haveIts obvious the staff like their job always smiling and friendly and will take time to answer questions.Dr. Ford and his staff are awesome the first time we met they made us feel like we had known them for years also very efficient and again will answer any question you have..Wish I had found them years ago.And BTW the address is pretty funny.2020?
Dr Bui is very professional and explains things with you. He is very patient and understanding. I recommend him 100%
I was completely surprised from the moment I walked in until right no, sitting here, with both cataracts dissolved and lenses put it.Their sign in is simple and easy and they are very much on time. The personnel, staff, nurses, doctors, are all wonderfully upbeat and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The testing is the most thorough I have had and I'm so grateful to have the professional knowledge I was given on my eyes at age 65. Dr. Ko was amazing. I had both eyes done for cataracts and I can already see in high definition and no sepia brown shades. For those of you who are concerned about cataract procedures, it is never painful nor is there any dramatic surgery involved. I believe each eye was 10 minutes to do and it's a matter of keeping track of eye drops. I suggest you get them done and get them done at Eye Associates. I'll be getting new glasses there, too. (I opted for a simple lens replacement for distance)
