The goal of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) is to assist an individual in achieving or maintaining an employment outcome that is consistent with his/her unique strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests and informed choice.
Eligibility
Individuals must have a visual impairment in both eyes and require vocational rehabilitation services to obtain, maintain, or retain employment.

- Career Counseling and Guidance
- Job Modification including Adaptive Technology
- Orientation and Mobility Training
- Independent Living Skills Training

We Care Network
The We Care Network program is under its charitable 501(c)(3) organization, Capital Medical Society Foundation, Inc. to create an organized, coordinated approach to provide charity care to low-income, uninsured adults in the community.
We Care Network’s case management team coordinates the seamless donation of specialty medical and dental services to low-income, uninsured adults, whose income is at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level, in Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, and Wakulla Counties.

Care Credit
